The best door ring camera to buy and worth the price
It works really good and very easy to install. The battery life is excellent, the ring tones are great and it’s really easy to use.

Excelent price for a quality product and unexpectedly great support
My experience with the product has been excelent. First and foremost I could not get it connected to Alexa (I had a VPN running despite being disabled in settings on a Samsung phone. I did not pay much attention to the VPN key symbol because the setting was off!). When trying to enable the Alexa skill I was getting a network error and reached out to the Vico App support for help (email) as the door bell was working just fine with the app but just not connecting when enabling Alexa app. Initialy the help desk team thought the the doorbell was not supported for Alexa but when I shared pictures of the product page from Amazon they were really responsive. It took a few email exchanges but Lorna the person coordinating the support was always quick to respond and eventualy I have the camera working with Alexa now.Second the Camera and the picture quality and well as the included chime are all excelent! The cost compared to the quality of the material and the quality of the picture is really unbeatable. I just ordered a second doorbell camera for the garage door.

Great product!
Great quality and features, I’m really impressed with its performance. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The 2K video quality is crystal clear, day or night and the night vision works better than I expected.I also love the two-way talk feature—it’s great for speaking with delivery drivers when I’m not home.Overall, this is a fantastic smart doorbell that offers high-end features at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Good but does require frequent charging
Good overall, battery dies kinda quickly

Great picture Quality
The video and pictures from these cameras are clear and free of fuzziness. There easy to set up. No wiring required, and you can have multiple cameras hooked up to the same account. I am actually currently waiting on a couple more to arrive. Definitely would recommend.

Great Value for the Price!
Fantastic so far. Easy set up with the VicoHome app ( I have 4 other solar cameras on this platform with no issues) Not sure on these reviews that say the battery life is short. (See photo) 91% after 10 days at the front door. I highly recommend if you are on a budget. Without cloud recording you still get plenty of 10-15 second retrievable videos upon detection. Great night capability too! Skip the high prices crap and go with this. You will be pleastly surprised.

Meh
Easy set up. The camera view could be larger and you can’t change it. Does not work with Alexa as advertised. I will be keeping it only because I need it to view a pet door more than I care about it as a doorbell camera. For the price it’s hard to complain and is a nice, sturdy feeling device, but I’m giving 3 stars because you get what you pay for, but it’s no ring.

Performs As Advertised
This product performs as advertised. Picture clarity is good, installation is easy and the optional cloud storage is very inexpensive (if you choose to pay for it). The motion detection can be annoying because it picks up every movement in front of my property and sends alerts non stop. You may want to turn off motion detection or put it in sleep mode. The app has an easy to use interface. I highly recommend it!

Great doorbells and cameras. Being my first ever doorcams I have nothing to compare these too but the quality is great. Covers a wide area. Voice is clear, little bit delayed but nothing major. Bought the first one and was so happy/impressed with it that I bought another for the back door. Not the easiest to set up as there’s very little instructions with it but I figured it out in the end after following what was there. Not the easiest to screw to the wall or door, due to my disabities but able bodied folk might find that bit easier than me. Does come with a sticky pad that you could use but I was afraid that when it rained the sticky wouldn’t stick and the camera would fall off, so I used the sticky pad to hold the back in place and got my neighbour to screw it to the door for me. It’s solid and not going anywhere now.Subscription I about £5 (per camera) so costs me just under £10 a month for cloud storage.Had trouble connecting these to broadband after easily setting them up and running them temporarily on my phone data (not recommended as it uses a lot of your allowance) but that was easily rectified with a call to the broadband provider as these cameras run on 2.4 but broadband is set to run at 5, so you need to know how to split the connection to get these cameras to work with your broadband.Everything is up and running now and for the price, I’d say these are fabulous cameras. Was looking at a ring one which can be hundreds but thought I’d try these as a beginner to ringcams and these are fabulous.Easy to charge. Just remove from the back and plug in USB. One charge lasts me about a month or longer.Work well in all weathers and even in the dark.Great picture quality and notification of someone coming to your door. Excellent price.

Only just got round to putting this up.Easy set up on the App and lots of features on there.Picture Quality very good and sound.Good size and using the pad it is securely now positioned on the front door frame with a good panoramic view. The doorbell should you wish it is loud enough to hear even when I in the back garden.

The two-way audio was a nice feature and the video quality was good, but the video lagged a lot of the times. It was easy to set up and they had a 1 month free trial for the cloud storage which I would’ve carried on with if it hadn’t stopped working.Battery life was poor, needing weekly charging, and after just 3 weeks it broke down and would only stay on while plugged in.It would’ve been 4 stars if it hadn’t failed so quickly, but reliability really let it down.

A very easy to install video door bell. It comes with a template for fixing to a door frame and includes both a double sided sticky pad along with a selection of screws and rawlplugs. The internal door bell has a USB connection and can be plugged into any USB charger plug.By pressing and holding the doorbell button on the camera the ringer will sync and connect. This process is quite fluid and easy to complete. Once that is done the basic function is complete. There is a wide choice of chimes and the volume can be changed up or down. There is a downloadable app for accessing a video feed from the camera. Again this is fairly easy to install and implement. Once set up every time the door bell rings the internal ringer chimes and the phone app activates and allows for a two way conversation with whoever is outside. This becomes especially useful if you are not at home as it allows a conversation to take place, so never miss a delivery or an important caller. An excellent video door bell.
