So why would you order this, just the right size for the kitchen, sound quality is awesome plus lets me hook up the other 5 Alexas I have and have full house music, Bonus you have a hidden camera to check on the kids, Video quality is perfect, sets you reminders, check your cameras outside, shut your garage, the list goes on and on.

Great ipad alternative.
Got this because of many reasons but it turned into our Kitchen TV lol. But our alternative to this was using ipads and getting a ipad mount. This being more permanant object makes it much nicer in my eyes, use it every morning to get the weather, check our schedules and watch the morning news. My only regret was seeing that there is now a 21in version of it. Maybe in our next house! Just a FYI, we just got a normal vesa mount as surprisingly at the time of purchase Amazon didn’t sell anything to mount this to the wall.

Doesn’t work after a couple years.
I bought this thing 2 years ago. Was working fine with the exception of a red line at the bottom of my screen.Fast forward to December 2025 and the screen just goes black. Unplugged and plugged back in will get the Amazon splash screen for a second and then it goes black indicating screen still works. Reading from other forums and support groups seems to indicate a firmware cause this issue. Resetting the device will not work (hold the mute and volume buttons for 15-20 seconds). Device is bricked and since its out of warranty I’m out of luck.Edited:So after a few reboots and resets it suddenly started up again. I had to hold the mute button and both volume buttons for 20 seconds it did not do anything. So I unplugged it and waited about a minute. Plugged it in and it booted up to setup screen, magic I guess…
