Doesnt last long enough
I bought two of these and we absolutely love them. I bought them at the end of December 2024 and now it is October 20 25 and it has stopped working. We’ve done all the troubleshooting suggestions but it won’t work. So disappointed. It dispenses soap when nobody is near it.UPDATE NOV 2025: Seller replaced the defective one free of charge. Thank you!

Great at holding and dispensing soap
Works well, looks pretty, and you can change amount of soap dispensed. Bought several in various colors for different rooms of the house, and I haven’t had a single problem with them.

Convenient and adjustable soap dispenser
I bought this automatic soap dispenser to use with dish soap so I would not have to touch the bottle when my hands are dirty from cooking, and it has been really convenient for that.I love that you can easily adjust how much soap it dispenses using the knob on the top. That feature alone makes it feel much more customizable than other automatic dispensers I have tried. The sensor sensitivity is also great. It only goes off when I want it to and does not randomly dispense soap.The size is perfect and it holds a good amount of soap, so I am not constantly refilling it.One thing to note is that I mistakenly thought it was stainless steel when I ordered it. That was my fault for not checking more closely. It is actually plastic with a silvery gray finish. It was a little disappointing at first, but functionally it works well.Overall, it does exactly what I wanted it to do and has been a solid addition to my kitchen.

Stopped working after 6 months
This soap dispenser initially looked very pretty and I really like that it can hold a lot of liquid soap. However, after about using it for 6 months it starts having issues not dispensing soap consistently. Now it has completely stopped dispensing soap. I have tried to troubleshoot by replacing the battery and cleaning the spout but nothing work. I am very disappointed since it has not even lasted 7 months!

Very good value
I was skeptical of this product at first,,,we’ve only used it for a short time however so far it works really well. It does squirt out a little fast but that’s all right because I had an old Lysol unit for years that I had been refilling and it was actually quite slow,,,so far this works really well and it doesn’t constantly turn on simply by near by movements. This unit is just about the right size I guess and holds a good amount of soap and looks nice. It’s easy to refill simply by pulling the top part apart, and the controls are right on top of the unit to turn it on and off and to adjust the amount of soap it dispenses. and the unit itself is value priced👍😊

Great dispenser – 9 months on
I’ve had this dispenser for 9 months now and have had no trouble with it. Yes, it’s annoying to set up how much soap dispenses at once and you’ll waste a bunch of soap doing it but once it’s set, you’re done! I use this in the kitchen for hand soap and I just bought another one for the bathroom at my business. I love the touch-free factor. It does get a little clogged from time to time (very rarely) but I think that’s just the gel soap setting up. I wipe off the flexible nozzle and it’s good to go again. 👍🏻 I haven’t had to change the batteries yet and I leave it on all the time. I think this is a good product for the price.

I’ve had many of these and what I like most about this one is not only does it have an on/off button but it has a knob so you can be more precise when choosing how much soap you want to come out. I did have a problem with it as I couldn’t remember how to change the batteries and the seller was lightning quick to respond with the information. Not only is this a good dispenser but the seller is top notch too.
