Can I send back? If so I need a shiping box. As you an tell I do purchase a lot and have been happy with all except this copier. I just need a simple one tough Would you consider sending me a box to return this one in, as I am not happy at all., and can I get a l00d% refund.?

    I regret buying it.
This is the worst printer I’ve ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It jams every few files I print. I’m not even printing crazy file sizes either; my document can be a few pages long, and it will error out on the first one. And these jams are not due to the quality of paper I am using. In addition to the constant paper jams, I’ve had cartridge errors, and once when the printer didn’t even realize it was glitching. It kept warping, shifting, and erasing portions of the documents I was printing. After about an hour of trial and error (to confirm that it was indeed the printer and not my laptop, the file, or the connection) I had to do a couple hard reboots to get it to work. The worst part is that I was charged for those failed attempts at printing my document because it didn’t even realize it was failing. The subscription fee is also straight up predatory. It’s not clear that you CANNOT opt out of the printing subscription, nor that the printer will refuse to print anything and lock up after your “free trial” is over. It’s not a trial period if you do not have the option of cancelling after the trial period is over. This is honestly very disappointing because I used to be a loyal HP user. All of my printers growing up were HP, and now I’ve completely lost trust. It takes a lot for me to write a product review, and this one was bad enough for me to want to warn others not to buy it. And this isn’t for money; I had a few documents I needed to print, and then a few months later when I needed to print more, all of these problems became apparent; but it was well after the return period ended. I will be buying a new printer from another brand and have accepted that I wasted money on trash. Yes, it was a cheap printer, and things like its slow printing speed was acceptable, but it’s performance was so much worse than what I was expecting from an HP product. Absolutely terrible. Also do not rely on the AI check marks when looking at the product reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did. I literally did not mention anything about the duplex printing, paper capacity, or scanning, and somehow the AI interpretted it as a positive.

    Simple Printer That Works
I’ve bought a lot of printers over the years—both cheap ones and more expensive models. The cheap printers never work quite right, and the more expensive ones are just more expensive without being noticeably better. This HP printer hits the sweet spot. It was easy to set up, works the way it’s supposed to, and doesn’t make printing feel like a technical event every single time. One of my favorite features is the app—I have it on my phone and can print directly from my phone, which is honestly crazy good and incredibly convenient. It connects reliably, prints cleanly, and does exactly what you expect a printer to do. If you’re tired of wasting money on printers that are either unreliable or overpriced, this one is a solid choice. Very happy with this purchase.

The printer itself works fairly well. Has some issues.
The printer itself works fairly well.I had some issues with the setup as there’s a part of the setup that is not in the directions. Customer Service said they would help me because it was under the “default warranty.” Apparently there’s a spot where you need to indicate the serial number for the printer.Other issues have included being stuck on “drying” and being stuck on “shutting down” when trying to reset it due to the “Drying” issue. It took several minutes to figure out the actual issue was a paper jam. I had to unplug it a couple times due to this issue and have only had it for four days. As a note, I got this printer for printing my dissertation survey, so the issues may be specific to when printing large quantities. The ink it comes with is good quality. The black cartridge definitely didn’t last as long as I had hoped. The listing says approximately 500 pages. I think it lasted 450 pages; however 150 of those pages didn’t have much text on it.

    Great printer for the money
Needed to replace my 10 yr old printer that bit the dust – did quite a bit of research and decided this printer would meet my needs, had pretty high ratings and price was right. Set up was pretty easy tho i did have a friend who is more tech savy than me help me set it up. I you are not good with tech stuff and find it difficult to navigate files and downloads it may be tricky for you. I signed up for the pre-paid ink program as its free for 3 months – may drop after that as i really don’t print that much, I print mostly in black and I received a large black ink cartridge as part of the ink program so may not need much more for quite a while. Have had for about a month and have printed 4 or 5 times with it – print quality is good; it prints fast and has copy and scan features which I wanted. For the money don’t think you can beat it.

    Good multitask printer
Arrived in a timely fashion. Not too complicated to set up and so far works very satisfactorily. A good choice for printer that can print, copy and scan.

Easy to install. Excellent connectivity and good print quality from any device, but original repacement cartridges are really expensive and not easy for find in the UAE. The HP automatic ink replacement option lists a supplier who shows item is not available so that option (together with the 3-months free ink supply offer) is not available in the UAE, so it would seem…

The printer worked fine out of the box however, be aware of 2 things. The scanner cannot scan 2 sided documents using the document feeder’s duplex feature, because there is no duplex feature offered on this model, according to HP Support. The HP website seems to indicate that it is possible, but it is not.The glass size is not large enough to scan a legal sized document, the only way to scan legal is through the document feeder. Measure the glass size and make sure it works for you before ordering. It is large enough to scan a letter sized document 8 ½” x 11.
