Easy install but use NEW batteries.
This installed relatively easy, however the locking mechanism is tight and doesn’t move much at first. It doesn’t say this specifically, but make sure you have known strong or brand new batteries, otherwise you wont make it thru the setup of user code. Once you do setup the initial user code, it configures itself and then the locking lever moves freely and everything works great!

Works perfect. We have our garage where we let the door up and open but we have this lock on the entry door to the house from the garage.

Great lock, but watch the installation
We just moved into a new house and our first order of business was replacing the locks. I got 4 of these for the garage, front and back door and shed and they are working out perfectly! Very nice looking and responsive. Battery life is tbd, but not having wifi or Bluetooth should really make sure these last a long time.Installation was mostly easy, but beware! If the locks bar gets rotated AT ALL, the lock will not be able to calibrate when you connect the battery and try to exercise the lock. It took quite a lot of adjustment on my first installation to get the bar rotated properly to be able to function. Two of the locks came with a warning sticker over the lock bar, but the first one i installed didn’t, hence the issues.Overall, great lock for a great price!
