Great product – very easy to set up.
Great product, exactly as described. This is our 2nd unit, as we have 2 sumps in the house. Gives us peace of mind as we travel quite a bit.Was very easy to set up. Would be nice if when you log in on the home screen would show the last cycle time and the current cycle time, as it is a little more difficult on a cell phone to see with old eyes ;-)Bonus: having the leak detection, temperature, and humidity. It’s too bad they no longer support text message alarms. But notifications do work well.Highly recommended.

Great hardware, software, and service!
Just got mine set up yesterday, everything was very quick to set up and test. Wifi connected perfectly, all alarms test and clear much faster than I expected (ie. notifications arrive in less than a minute after the event). Manual is well written, annual service cost after two years ($10/year) is absolutely worth it, though I didn’t even notice it when buying. The process for claiming the device as well as the portal for monitoring work very well. The onboard temperature and humidity monitor are actually sensitive enough and have the resolution that I can actually see when my furnace cycles, as the temperature rises and humidity drops by about a percent every half hour, very cool. Quality is great and I expect the unit to last well and is totally worth the peace of mind. A good feature too that in the event of home or unit power loss (when an alarm will most likely occur and rain is falling), a notification will still be provided if the unit fails to check in at a specified interval, which is definitely good preemption to go check the basement. Also nice that the unit doesn’t require additional home automation systems, has a rechargeable backup battery, and includes the depth monitor (which the online manual lists as an optional extra) in addition to the high level float.

Good system, I recommend but if you need to ga far with the sensor
Love it but the I would have a longer wire who could go inside the transfer pit outside (about 50′) and you can’t extend this wire… The app is nice, reliable with a lot of different config.

Creepy Stalker Company Refuses to Support Product
Awful company. Maybe the product works well for you if you don’t have any problems out of the box but heaven help you if you have to contact customer service and don’t like 100% of what they do.My original encounter with this product was with their WiFi enabled Sump Alarm. Instead of including a short page of instructions with the product detailing how to setup the WiFi part of the product they make you go to a web page instead, and the webpage is a redirect to a YouTube video. The Sump Alarm is a fairly industrial style product and the kind of people you’d think this product would be aimed at don’t want to sit and watch a 10 minute video they just want a short page of instructions they can follow, I didn’t want to watch a video, I wanted a short set of instructions, and I told them that the video was BS. This is where I first went wrong. The second problem I had with the Sump Alarm is it flat out didn’t work. Well to be more specific it would stop working a short time after plugging it in, 5-10 minutes after. For a short while after powering up the unit would detect liquid just fine but would somehow freeze and if the unit was not alarming when this happened it would never alarm again, and if the unit was alarming when this happened it would continue to alarm until the unit was unplugged. Regardless of whether it was in the short working window it never actually sent me notifications of alarms to my phone but that didn’t matter much as the primary function of detecting high liquid levels was completely broken.Products that do not perform their primary function do not get 5 star reviews, they get 1 star reviews, because they don’t work.To their credit when I tried to contact them over the weekend they actually did respond to me late on a sunday night and arranged to call me the next day however I decided to return the Sump Alarm as frankly there’s nothing really user serviceable about it. It has a power plug on one end and a pair of electronic probes on the other, when you short the probes the alarm should sound in 5 seconds, there’s no buttons, no dials or anything else that can really be used to troubleshoot. I was later told they might have asked me to go inside the unit and see if anything was loose but the issue wasn’t something related to loose wiring, it was more like a defective timer that failed after a few minutes, since it would work 100% of the time for the first few minutes after plugging it in, unplugging something and plugging it back in doesn’t fix loose connections it fixes circuits that have locked up.The device was faulty, I hated the setup instructions, and the review I left for it reflected that.I still needed a sump alarm and really wanted to get remote notifications however and it seems like Sump Alarm Inc is the only game in town for that so I decided to try their Level Sense PRO instead. My sump had been open for 4 days at this point waiting on the new sump alarm and I really wanted to get it closed so I paid to overnight this so I could get things going and get the sump buttoned back up. After I had already purchased this and the product was already on the way the company sent me an email that I didn’t see saying they didn’t care for my feedback on their video and the review for their faulty product and stated they didn’t want me to buy their other products, which at this point was too late.Additionally they decided to go and search my name in search engines because… I don’t know why? It’s really creepy to go search for people this way. They didn’t find much since I don’t have much of a social media presence but they did find some now defunct organization that somehow got mistakenly linked to me a number of years ago and that I still deal with unwanted contact about, and decided due to all of this they were going to shut down my account on the cloud service that this product relies on to send notifications. Is there any good reason for them to be looking me up online?Ironically the time all of this was having it seems like the cloud service itself had some fatal database error and was unavailable for any customers for several hours Tuesday night. I wonder how often that happens. They claimed I seemed frustrated and was taking my frustrations out on them and didn’t want a customer like that, a customer who was in fact frustrated because of frustrating instructions, complete failure of a product, and now being told he had to return yet another item and order another one again leaving the sump open even longer because they can’t handle an upset customer.I demanded an apology for their creepy stalker like behavior and to have my service reinstated on this product and even offered to adjust my original review of the Sump Alarm but instead they decided to call me and tell me what an awful customer and person I was and how nobody wanted to deal with me.Neat.After I took great offense to this and hung up and ceased all communications with them I guess they realized they were actually in the wrong as they sent a refund greater than the cost of this item plus the expedited shipping I paid for but I don’t want a few measly extra dollars I wanted a WiFi sump alarm that worked.

Awesome product, awesome customer service
This monitor lets me check my sump pump activity, temperature, and humidity from any web browser (see screenshot). It was extremely easy to install, and it works just as advertised.I bought this product last year, but then decided to move into a new house and did not install it in my old house. So it took a few month between purchase and installation. When I opened the package, I noticed that the water alert sensor was missing. I contacted the customer service department, and they Fed-Ex’d the sensor to me; no problem. This is excellent customer service and really deserves to be pointed out. This company stands behind their product, and I would definitely buy it again.

Need to be a little technically savvier to connect Wi-Fi.
Very poor directions on the connectivity to internet or cell phones. Had to hunt and peck videos to find the exact instructions for Level Sense Pro Wi-Fi.Installing the hardware and accessories was better, however again there were gaps in the instructions.

This system works well and will save you from an extravagant amount of property damage from an unforeseen event that could occur anytime, from a sump pump failure to a power outage ( the unit has a backup battery although your internet will need some kind of power backup for this to send you an alert!, but the horn will still sound and you will hear it if your home!!). Sends alerts right to your mobile device if any problem is detected. If you have any questions the customer service response is on top of it. Don’t hesitate to purchase if you are looking for a system like this. No disappointments with this. For the ones claiming internet issues with connectivity I believe is to do with your providers service and nothing to do with this system. Mine has works flawlessly.

Easy to install hardware. But getting wi-fi connection established was difficult and required tech support. Also discovered that it does not play well with all wi-fi extenders, if you happen to use one. In this case, it may have difficulty keeping and reestablishing a connection.Even with a strong signal, I experience frequent short wi-fi disconnections that generate “false” alerts. Was unable to find cause for that. Not a huge deal, but the extra alerts might be annoying to some.Overall it does what it’s supposed to. And seems well made.
