Great printer, awesome customer service!
Great little printer for shipping labels, but I can’t for the life of me get the circle labels to print correctly no matter how much I change the settings. It’s perfectly centered in the app. Go to print and this is the mess I get. Wasted 20 stickers trying to get this to work. On the other hand, check out my website :)****UPDATE****Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars because they have amazing customer service and sent me a new printer due to mine being defective even after the 30 days of having it. They were super helpful every step of the way and even sent me replacement labels for the ones I wasted. Amazing company with great customer service. Will be purchasing my labels from them from here on out.

This is a nice little printer, but on the 2nd print a small plastic piece came off the printer when I closed it and the printer did not shut right…it had broken off

If I could give this printer more then 5 stars I would!! This is a small business necessity!! Great value! Quick and easy set up!! Love the Bluetooth connection! No extra cords, this printer can sit anywhere in my office and its so compact! Fast printing and no jams! Comes with starter printer labels! I can also print package stickers for outgoing orders! Easy design templates in the app!! They have thought of everything!

I got this SVANTTO Bluetooth 4×6 label printer to make shipping easier, and it does get the job done, but there were a few things that could be better.Once it’s connected, it prints clearly and the labels come out clean, which I like. It definitely helps speed up the shipping process compared to printing and taping labels.✔️ What I liked:Prints labels clearly and quicklyCompact size — doesn’t take up much spaceWorks with multiple devices (phone and computer)Helpful for small business shipping❌ What to know:Setup can be a little frustrating at first, especially with Bluetooth connectionTook some trial and error to get everything working correctlyInstructions could be clearer for beginnersAfter getting past the setup, it works fine, but I do wish the initial process was smoother.Overall:It’s a decent label printer and does what it’s supposed to do, but be prepared to spend a little time figuring it out. Once it’s set up, it’s useful — just not the most beginner-friendly experience.
