A good low budget option – plenty of features and woks well.
I like this so far. I replaced a kwikset which was good, but I wanted a couple new features. This is relatively easy to install. It feel slightly plastic versus he hard metal of the kwikset but for me that was not a deal breaker. There is no key for the door knob (which I had before and liked), again not a deal breaker. It does lock after closing and you get a longer time. The previous one I had was 30 seconds…..this one you set your own time up to about 3 minutes I think. Mine is set at 1 minute. The feature comes in handy because if you have to go back into the house, cause you forgot something you have enough time to retrieve your item and get back out before the door locks itself again.The fingerprint feature is ok. It works good for me because I know exactly where to put my finger on at each time. I do like to use that, however it is a tiny bit finicky ….so it’s not like there’s a 1 inch pad and you can just place your finger on it and it’s gonna read it. It’s a smaller pad and you have to get your finger on just in the right spot. I use my thumb which I find to be the easiest …again not a huge deal. Consider considering the price it’s fine.To leave the house you just push any button and lock up, or you can just wait and it will lock in the 60 seconds. I do like it locked while I’m standing right there, though just to make sure that the house is locked before I leave. It also has a little voice that tells you the door is locked. It’s not excessively allowed or annoying. It does work with Alexa, so that’s nice. If somebody’s coming to the door, I can just say unlock the door. As far as all the other features and setting up other people and other codes, it can do all that, but I have not taken advantage of those features.Again for me, it was fine. Some people might want a more robust rock hard metal heavy lock, however I live in a relatively safe complex that has some added security, so it’s not real dangerous here. The heavier bigger deadbolts seem to be about double or even triple the price though so overall very happy with this one. By the way, it is very fast, meaning the mechanism locks in about 1 second. My last one took considerably longer.

Bought 2 locks. Couldn’t be more pleased. Easy, easy,easy. Key, finger print, fob and code(s). 4 ways to get in. Can set to lock after leaving. 10 seconds,30seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes. It’s up to you. In addition you can make temporary codes to last as long as you want for workers or others. Very consistent! Solid lock. I didn’t install, but I was told It was very easy. ( what’s easy for one may not be easy for another tho)One of the better deals out there for door locks! Shouldn’t even hesitate.I bought 2. (2 residents)

Responsive Customer Service and Quick Setup
I am genuinely impressed with the Veise smart lock. I started by buying two because I was skeptical and one of those was the version without the lever handle. Installation was extremely easy and fast, including setup through the app. I didn’t have to modify my doors at all. Adding fingerprints and RFID keys was also quick and straightforward.Once I saw how solid and well‑built these locks were, I ordered a third. I also contacted Veise through Amazon to ask about purchasing a lever handle or finding a similar replacement. Within 24 hours, they replied and told me they don’t sell them individually — but they would send me one as a warranty replacement at no charge. I would have gladly paid for it. I reached out to Veise a few more times with other questions and each time they responded, they were quick and helpful.I’ve used other, more expensive smart lock brands, and the Veise fingerprint and RFID response is faster and the installation was easier.My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a single central place in the app to manage fingerprints and RFID keys, instead of repeating the process for each lock. That said, even with the extra steps, setup was still very simple.Overall, this has been a great purchase.

Works great and using it on garage door entry. App is best part. Can see when someone enters or leaves. Fingerprint is great so far. We purchased the black one and it matched other accent item in our home. Connected to WiFi no problem and install was real easy for us.

These things are great. Easy install. Easy to set up. I can lockbox unlock with a key card, fingerprint, a special code or even tell Google to lock my door! I bought 2 and will definitely get more. Very secure. Function perfectly. And the fingerprint is easy to use usually gets it on the first try.

I bought the Veise VE027‑L hoping the fingerprint reader would make getting in and out of the house quick and easy. Unfortunately, the fingerprint feature is the biggest disappointment.It barely recognizes fingerprints, even after multiple re‑scans. I tried different angles, different fingers, deleting and re‑adding prints — nothing made it more reliable. Half the time it flashes red and refuses to unlock, which defeats the whole purpose of having a “smart” lock.The lock itself looks nice and the handle feels solid, but when the main feature doesn’t work, it’s hard to recommend. I still end up using the app or the keypad because the fingerprint reader just isn’t dependable.If you’re buying this specifically for fingerprint access, I’d look at other options.

The ESN or QR code to sync with the app are no where to be found and doesn’t match information supplied on the Internet or user guide, so the app is useless.Found the information and app is working now.
