[How to Enable APP Control] You can purchase the PGST Gateway Hub (B0FQSFNJX6) to connect to WiFi. Using third-party Zigbee Coordinator devices may cause incompatibility issues, resulting in the inability to connect and control the device through the app.
[Multi-functional Alarms Sensor] Door and window alarms only support pairing with PGST Zigbee Hub to access smart features through mobile apps (Smart Life or Tuya), such as low battery alerts, alarm duration settings, alarm volume adjustment, and other functions. Pairing with other Zigbee devices is not supported.
[Two Alarm Notification Methods] You can connect the door sensor to WiFi through the PGST Zigbee Hub to access multiple practical functions via the app, or you can directly install and use it without Zigbee connection. In the latter case, it will only emit an alarm sound locally without remote functionality.
[Easy and Convenient Installation] The Door & Window Alarms Sensor has no complicated installation requirements. Simply attach it with 3M adhesive tape and install it on doors or windows as needed to protect every entryway of your home.
[Simple Maintenance Method] The Alarm Sensor only requires 2 AA batteries. Simply open the back panel for direct replacement, no additional maintenance effort needed. The larger size is due to longer battery life, making it suitable for warehouses, garages, basements, and other locations.

    Good for Home Assistant
This wireless door and window alarm sensor is a practical addition to any home security setup, especially for monitoring entry points like basements, garages, or storage areas. The compact design makes it easy to install on doors or windows without drawing much attention, and setup is generally straightforward when paired with the required hub.The 120dB alarm is impressively loud, providing an immediate and noticeable alert if a door or window is opened unexpectedly. This makes it effective not only as a deterrent but also for quickly notifying you of potential intrusions. Integration with a mobile app allows for remote monitoring and notifications, adding convenience and peace of mind when you’re away from home.Battery life is another strong point, with long-lasting performance that reduces the need for frequent replacements. This makes it a low-maintenance option for ongoing security. However, one limitation is that it requires a specific hub and is not compatible with third-party systems, which may be inconvenient for users with existing smart home setups. Additionally, initial pairing can take a bit of patience depending on the network.Overall, it’s a reliable and effective sensor that offers strong alerts, easy installation, and helpful app-based monitoring for added home security.

Nice all in one alarm and sensor!
I almost scared myself turning this on and playing with the magnet when it went off in my hand. It’s nicely sensitive to the proximity of the magnet, with a decent range on detection (seems like a hall effect rather than a reed relay, but I’m not certain). It’s well built with a plate that can be mounted on the wall, and the unit removed to easily change the batteries. Paired immediately with my Zigbee hub, and so far the batteries haven’t gone dead, and seem to be holding on solidly! Very happy with this monitoring my back door which sometimes doesn’t latch right.
