within just a few days, multiple issues started to arise frequently. The fingerprint scanner often fails to recognize my prints, even after multiple attempts

A bit of a challenge to set up, but otherwise works good.
The door lock was easy to install. We had a little bit of an issue trying to get it programmed. We were following the directions but it didn’t seem to work. We found a flow chart that showed a step that the instructions didn’t tell us. Once we started following the flow chart we were able to get our programmed. Wasn’t what I would call user friendly but we figured it out finally. Once we got it programmed it works great.

This product is horrible
This product is horrible. I’ve had it now one week then all of a sudden the front panel dies and I couldn’t get in and of course the key wasn’t where I could access it to open the lock easily. I had to call a locksmith cost me $490 for them to break it to get into it.
